Choose this construction when your publication needs a stronger, more substantial outer cover than a self-cover booklet. The internal text pages are printed in full colour on 150gsm gloss art stock, while a separate four-page cover is produced on heavier 250gsm stock before the booklet is folded, collated and saddle stitched through the spine.

The heavier cover improves handling durability, gives the publication a more premium feel and creates a clearer visual distinction between the cover and internal content. It is particularly well suited to annual reports, capability statements, product catalogues, tender documents, training manuals, event programs and corporate publications that will be retained or handled repeatedly.
